Plot:
Henry's tubes are leaking and Thomas and Percy didn't believe him and decided to play a trick on him by leaving many coal trucks for him. But Emily saved him and Henry was well again after being at the works.

This episode has no explanation why Henry was unwell. All we know is that his tubes are leaking, my guess that they could be punctured. But this episode is OK with Emily's true persona. Something that the female audiences would look up too. Sure she acts nice and kind in certain Thomas episodes today, but this is her true persona.
