When I first heard of this episode, I was expecting it to be 'Thomas Makes A Mistake' but set in Italy with him messing up jobs and not telling anyone and got through mishap. But after seeing it, it was really not bad as what I'd expected. It was interesting to learn about how Italy deals with there own way of the supersition with their own lucky charm, like the cornicilo being the equlivant of our horseshoe and how Italy considers the number 13 as lucky number, hence why Friday the 13th, as mentioned by Bepe, was a lucky day, whereas in our culture as well as other places like the US and UK, it's bad luck and how touching iron is a way to prevent a lousy turn and other things. There are some potential with BWBA when it both comes to education and entertainment at the same time. Yeah there was bird pooping on Thomas, but like the dog peeing scene in 'Thomas' Fuzzy Friend', it was there for a split second. I will admit it has some similarity to 'Percy's Lucky Day' with its message but I think with having Italy's way of dealing with superstitious stuff makes it stand out, plus the plot was far more different compare to the S17 episode.
