Plot
Thomas and his friends learn to take on job at a time

I guess this the start of the construction site story arc that had been 'hyped up' by Corus Entertainment when they'd announced this in 2023? And what a surprise we have an episode where the character actually look, almost, like that character pack merch that they're currently selling in stores, except there's no advertising to tie in the episode to let people know of its existence just like the merch for Sodor Cup and Lookout Mountain. Great job with the advertising Mattel(!)

As for the episode it was a pretty generic predictable episode where the characters take on a big job but after causing chaos by doing it all at once they take it one step at a time instead. That's pretty much it really. Oh yeah, Terence made a joke that clearing dirt is his middle name but it's actually Randall. A pretty flat, boring, useless, forced joke and surprisingly it wasn't a useless pun but they still want us to laugh at it. With the message of the episode being told and not shown because once again this show doesn't trust its audience's intelligence with a boring montage alongside to fill in the time.

I really can't see what can be done to improve this but maybe shorten the running time because the episode ideas they have recently feel very thin.
