Plot
Thomas and Percy are excited to deliver a special balloon for the hot-air balloon festival, but while making the delivery, part of the balloon pops out of its tarp and the wind carries it skyward, along with Percy.
What was the message of the episode is it, it's not OK to peek or that Percy wants to see the show from a different perspective, heck there was another bland song about the whole message they're trying to shove down, because this episode doesn't really know what it wants to stay. Gordon told the two engines not to do it and even though the cargo had fallen out by accident, they were deliberately trying to make it more accidental just so they could see it, speaking of which that rule that Gordon just sounds like, pardon my french here, total crap and bit childish since he's suppose to be the adult character of the show. That's my biggest problem with the episode because there was never any build up for Percy about wanting a different perspective it just happened out of nowhere after he was floating away.
