Plot
The engines are revved up for their homemade obstacle course event known as the Tri-and-a-half-a-lon.
While I agree that competitions should be seen as a fun factor, I think the episode should've been about looking after your well being. Yes we need to practice in order to make ourselves better but we should also look after and not overdo our ourselves, which Nia shows. Such a shame really that they didn't go with that message. If they want to go with the fun factor side of a race why not have Nia loose the race or come in last, gets emotional and then is taught that races are meant to be fun in the end which is something kids can find relatable in real life. I thought this episode was good with Nia overdoing herself but it all felt ruined by the episode's outcome of its message.
