THESE ARE SOLEY MY OPINIONS AND NOT FROM THE THOMAS & FRIENDS FAN BASE
A year after the 60th anniversary of the Railway Series and Thomas the tank engine has been given a tenth series in 2006. '06 was a quiet year for the brand and the new series was the only thing that happened that year. The episodes features another bunch of new characters and some episodes are quite critical to fans, especially Edward, which I will explain later on. Now on with the review of the first episode:

The episode is decent and this was written by Sharon Miller without any rhyming, but still there are the three strikes formula. I remember seeing the setting for the wharf and think that it was fantastic that they've built a much more industrial site for the engines from both different gauges. Though the downside is the large scale models, to be honest James' model makes him look chunky and look a bit like his horrid lionel model, apologies to the fans of Lionel trains and look at his lamp irons, one looks like its poking his chin. Still this episode is OK and it's not a bad opener.
