THESE ARE SOLEY MY OPINIONS AND NOT FROM THE THOMAS AND FRIENDS FAN BASE

GORDON AND THE GREMLINS
Written by
Britt Allcroft and David Mitton

Directed by
David Mitton

Air Date:
16/9/98

Plot:
The Fat Controller is expecting a V.I.P, but Gordon's fire wasn't steaming well. Later in the day, Gordon took the V.I.P from Kirk Ronan to Wellsworth were Thomas is waiting. The V.I.P's dog ran away after Gordon blew his whistle. He scared by a bull and ran to Thomas' cab. It turns out the V.I.P is the Fat Controller's mother.

PRO:
- The stop animation is amazing with the dog running.

CON:
- What was the point of Thomas taking the V.I.P to Kirk Ronan?
- What was the point of Gordon taking two coaches?

This episode just didn't make any sense in most parts. What was the point of Thomas taking the Fat Controller's mother to Kirk Ronan when he's going to meet up with them at Wellsworth? That is just pointless, they could've used Daisy, Duck or Oliver for the Kirk Ronan run. Plus what was the point of two coaches for one passenger? But the stop animation was great to see. The episode really has some pointless parts, but its OK.
