Plot
When Percy and Kana have a near-collision, they enlist Safety Engine Emily and go to ridiculous extremes to introduce safety measures all over Sodor.
Why make an episode about railway safety when this iteration of Thomas would pretty much violate all of railway safety? While it's message that accidents can happen now and again, that was not an intended reference to the classic series song, I feel that the episode should've been about Percy and Kana trying to pay attention but they keep getting distracted like butterflies and cows, heck it all started because those two didn't pay attention to signs earlier and blamed it on the lack of signage, again this show is not good at having characters taking their own responsibility. It maybe a three strikes your out kind of story but at least it would make some sense.
