Plot:
Thomas collected the mayor's yacht and to take to the fishing village. Though the wind caused Thomas to set sail fast.

The episode is bad and that's it. It has got bland three strikes, as usual when it comes to a Sharon Miller script. But despite that it was nice to see Molly, Elizabeth and Rosie again, but as I said it before and I will say it again, character returns can't make the episode great only the story.
